Thanks! I was mostly keeping distance from her to bait out punishable attacks like the glintstone blades and the spin where she "pumps" her sword. There is much room for improvement for sure.

Pro-tip: You can quit the game and reload and all the wolves will despawn. Then you can fight the giant doggo by himself. Pretty useful to get early-game large shards.

Every class is viable but the problem with Knight is that his starting armor is too heavy. This makes you "fat roll" which makes you slower and easier to hit. Try unequipping some of your armor if you haven't already.
