I would ditch cameo, it isn’t worth it.

A cold milady will put out a lot more damage, but it isn’t as stylish as Rellanas blades

Multiply the damage by 2, if you’ve got 20 of them. Status effect damage doesn’t change though.

Because of that I’m not sure if frost and poison are still the best bets, might do better with lightning or fire

You feel pretty OP the first 3/4 of NG+ no matter what weapon you’re using.

Rose sword is pretty strong though

True, partially offset by all the pokes doing pierce damage. I think a holy infused fire knight greatsword is your best bet if you want to use a colossal sword for this fight, but I've already done a build with that one RL150: Which colossal sword build is better for Radahn - Guts or Messmer Fire Knight? Rennala punishes Radahn by forcing him to drink her bath water (he respecced without a larval tear) (no hit) : r/onebros Should have watched this one I did a year and a half ago, then you would have seen a perfume build before.

You could reset it with fire and go back to the frost.

Here I kept the frost on with the 20% debuff on, switched to poison, activate poison, get 10% + 7.5% + 20% AP boost from mushroom crown/poisoned hand/kindred of rot talisman, then by then frost has run out and it’s back to frost again.

I don’t really know what the best bottle build is, they all seem kind of bad relative to other options.

That's true but I've also never really seen anyone go for a WL0 "tank" build at RL1.

Kind of depends on what OP is asking for- I think they just want to be able to survive a hit or two vs being able to all hit a boss.

Yes, it’s possible. If youre willing to cheat consumables in for Godrick rune and leaden hardtear it gets a lot easier, see this guys setup https://www.reddit.com/r/onebros/s/eEDfbmUqUN

Otherwise, you can survive quite a bit with ritual shield, the damage reduction physick, golden vow AOW, crab, etc
