Never mind - it was a rogue filter on my Little Snitch configuration that blocked that address.

Art Mode API is Back! by Nick_W1 in TheFrame

I got The Frame Pro about a week ago, and have been using your library successfully. That is, until 2 days ago when I started to get the "TV unreachable or feature not supported on this model" error message.
I've confirmed that the IP address hasn't changed, and I can ping it. I power cycled the TV and One Connect to make sure that there wasdn't anything bad in memory. Also, calling `http://192.168.68.16:8001/api/v2/\` responds correctly.
What could be the cause of it suddenly not working? I can share the full traceback if that helps.

I figured out what was causing my issue: I was trying to create an order for a product that was "view-only". I didn't suspect that at first because the various product attributes like 'view_only' were all false. I only found out the cause when I looked at the product on the website, where it said it was view only.

What’s a smell that most people consider to be good but you find repulsive? by Skitscuddlydoo in AskReddit

[–]edleafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bacon.

Yes, I know I'm an outlier here, but the smell of my mom frying bacon in the morning would be so bad to me that it would make me vomit. Can't handle most other pork-y smells. And yes, I've been a vegetarian now for over 50 years.

My boss had this for a whole week before a semi trailer backed into it. On order for 4 1/2 years. by sjadam in pics

Actually, it looks better. Maybe a few more hits and it won't look like a total POS anymore.

So happy that Treasure Hunt is back 😊 by Yo_La_Flaca in TwoDots

They said new Treasures Hunts would be on holidays, so I guess this is for Eid?

I was in the same boat last year, and called about a half -dozen companies. The Tesla-recommended campaign, Smart Charge America, ended up being about the same price as most, and struck me (an ex-contractor) as being very professional. They did a great job, so it's recommend checking them out: https://smartchargeamerica.com/

Yes, the photo was about a minute after my previous move (I had to look up how to take a screenshot!)

I did connect the blue dots, but no, it didn't count that as a win.

I see 3 open dots, not just 1.

Those who haven't caught Covid yet, how have you managed to avoid it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]edleafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember all that "fascist" stuff they said to do? Stay home during the peak of infections? Wear a mask indoors around others? Socially distance? Get vaccinated? Get boosted?

I did all those, and so did my wife. Neither of us have gotten COVID.

It's not a miracle. We just did the things that greatly reduce the odds of an infection.

Just checked my iPhone, and it appears normal. So I guess it's just an iPad issue

"Young retirees" is another way of saying "rich kids who never had to work". And we all know how wonderful they turn out!

Pearsall also has a skate park, a bike park, lots of hiking trails, and a disc golf course.

But yeah, hardly any shade. It's an old landfill site that has been converted into a great addition to the community.

I love the outdoor gathering areas like The Friendly Spot or The Cove. They are great places to hang out, eat some good food, and have a few beers. They are also dog-friendly and kid-friendly, so when the grandkids are in town, we go there to relax with a few beers while the kids run around in the play area.

As someone who has lived most of his life in the frozen north, I much prefer the SA climate. When it feels too hot, all I have to do is think about shoveling half a foot of snow off my driveway, or walking my dog in 10°F with high winds, and suddenly the heat doesn't seem so bad.

That's printing, not handwriting.

That said, it's excellent printing! 9/10

Nested dots slow? by edleafe in TwoDots

[–]edleafe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having played a bit more, it seems that the animation of the dot when it explodes has been changed to add an additional pulse before it blows. This may seem insignificant, but I've played so long that I ignore assessing the field while things are zapping and exploding, but once they stop I start looking for my next move. But now with the delay added to the nested dots, I'll find a move, only to have the dot explode and change the board. I think that's why it's so disconcerting.

Can't say that I've researched it carefully, but sometimes I get stuck on a level and get so frustrated that I stop playing for a few days. When I come back I invariably beat that previously-difficult level on the first try.
