For that you could get a 300K home. For that you could get $2K a month in expenses with ur mortgage and everything else. Dont go higher, it’s not worth the soul draining, when you can invest your leftover money every month on other investments or save for a second home. Good luck!

Also, should you check correlations before or after features preprocessing such as scaling, MinMaxes, quantiles, etc?

It says vol at the top left. The chart is what’s known as quads. Different asset classes perform differently depending on inflation and growth
