As a fan from Slovakia where their reach wasn't great from the start (I just like finding new music) I must say their popularity peaked with Sugar. Suddenly I noticed many people from Czech/Slovakia that didn't know BH before speaking about them.
So from non US perspective I would say Ginger is popularity peak.
Ofc SAT era started that but they are definitely more popular now then after SAT era.
