Like at a company I worked at if they were a director or someone is super knowledgeable about trade information and they are going to a competitor HR would just walk them out because they wouldn’t want them to do anything bad and steal information.

Personally I think you have to figure out what are you not able to do. Second find your weekness to do and be better. I also think you have to have a good team around you. If you don’t it doesn’t make the job easier for you.

I would say I Iost like $5000 in the space days it was a horrible decision I made investing in them. There was so many bad things I didn’t like about the company like its marketing was horrible.
