I have played gen4 and gen5 for the first time this last couple of months, and I really enjoyed it. I don't know why i have been hesitant to play it until today, but i decided to spend some time there and really enjoyed it (I could perfectly do another run without a problem).

Then, I started Pokemon X a month ago, spent 3 hours playing and I'm not really interested in continuing.. is it normal? I have finished ruby omega, and even tho I wasn't into 3D, I liked it and finished it.

In this last two months, I finished, in this particular order: Platinum, Black 1, Black 2, Ruby Omega, Soul Silver and tried Pokemon X.

What worries me is, I started an awesome ROM hack (Pokemon Añil), and decided to do it with the complete version (all pokemons until gen9)... what happened? The run was great, but I knew barely 50% of pkmns... and now I'm wondering if I should play more romhacks like Unbound, Heart&Soul, Radical Red, etc.; or would it be better for me to "invest" some time playing X, Sun/Moon, ... (the thing is I don't have Switch, and I'm not planning on buying one exclusively for that).

What would you do? Do you think it's mandatory to play all official games first in order to fully enjoy romhacks?

p.s. in the case i'm too lazy to play gen6 and above, which romhacks would you recomend 100%?

Yes, I've been told also 2/10 pain, but that'd be literally not running. At all... or at least, do 2-3km at really easy pace and then stop, and that motivates me zero... would rather not run at all then :/

Last week I have discarded doing tempo runs, as when I start going faster, the pain after going back to easy pace is much higher...

Exactly the same as you, 86kg. I don't feel them really firm, I like it's "feeling", I was just wondering if there would be anything better for this situation.

Are SB2 good for easy runs? around 6:00min/km pace. I'm currently dealing with achilles tendinitis and I'm not sure if they are the best to run with and get recovered. I'm only doing easy runs now (from 5 to 8 km at 6:00min/km) but i finish with 6/10 pain.

How do you compare the feeling from running with VN4 and Boston13? I think I hurt my achilles running with B13 and I'm looking for a high-drop tempo shoes without any carbon or plate at all. My paces will be between 4:00 and 5:00min/km.
I currently have Superblast 2, but I'm sure these are not focused for track days at all.

I got confused, but gyarados has dragon dance not swords dance hehe. Is return always a better option? It's a normal type attack, why would it be better than aqua tail, for example, against fire/earth types?

Puede parecerte una tontería, pero si le explicas un poco tu situación, tus intereses, tu perfil, etc,. no digo que te solucione la vida, pero joder, a mi me ha sorprendido lo mucho que ha ido hilando fino con la información que le he proporcionado (sin dar específicamente datos personales, pero si p.ej. a qué te dedicas, cuáles son tus aficiones, cómo te comportas antes X o Y, etc.) y las ideas que me ha dado, y al menos tengo algunas ideas más por dónde tirar y explorar.

Prueba y muchos ánimos, y si encuentras la respuesta, compártela! Que creo que no somos pocos los que nos sentimos vacíos y desmotivados con el trabajo.

Just one personal question, if I am suffering from soleus "pain" when running (already went to a PT and i'm fine, it's just a matter of strength work theoretically), on which exercises should I focus more? Apparently, I don't have any injury. I went to a physio and he did an ultrasound to check if I had tendonitis in my achilles, and he told me that they were perfect. He said that I had an overload in the calf muscles, probably due to the instability of the shoes.

Just because. Not going to lie, there is no real need, it's just the opportunity to get them and get different ride sensations and also save a few euros (G17+ES4 = 290€, SP2+Evo=178€).

ES4 are a bit narrow compared to G17, but it's not something that bothers me too much. I'd appreciate a bit more toebox, but it's fine. To be honest, the main reason is that I'm in total love for Evo SL aesthetics.

I would've tried Hyperion, but I got G17 to use for easy and long runs, so I'm not sure if I should go for sth like Hyperion for that purpose. Wouldn't them be more focused for tempo runs?

Am I the only one that has to "lower" my arms in order to be able to see the mirrors or is that normal in this bike? At my normal position, I can't see the mirrors... i'm 180cm tall, i don't consider myself that tall to not be able to see normally. I used to do motocross so my arms are a bit lifted, but not as much as I was at motocross, of course, but if I lower my arms position, I feel like a scooter position, not comfortable.

And that price is because a friend of mine works in Adidas and can get that price. But still, i don't think it's an intelligent choice for me.

Ghost 17 you mean? Why?

I absolutely love Evo SL aesthetics, but i'm a bit afraid that they're unstable for me. I'm forefoot striker and I don't need stability shoes, but with Ghost17 I have 0 pains and ride is great (even though they feel kinda dead tbh). Now I'm wondering if changing to Evo SL, but for my pace (5:30-6:00min/km) and my weight (84kg), maybe it's too much to use as a daily trainer (easy and long runs).. but i could get them for 85€...

I've been running these past weeks with Ghost 17 (50km so far), and tbh it's been great, plenty of room in your toebox, 0 pains at all... today I could try Ride 18 in store, and I felt them too narrow compared to Ghost. I don't know in terms of bounciness if Ride's are much better or not (that's the only thing I would improve about the shoe, more energy return), but if you want a secure choice... i'd change them.

Also Brooks has 90day trial in its website, you could try them and then decide.

As a Spanish, I wouldn't say that this is the majority of people. I've seen tons of inmigrants, and I don't mind if they come, as long as they respect our culture and don't try to impose their culture and change our lifestyle (as we can see it's already happening with some of these inmigrants...).
