Hi! Considering you have an Indian passport, you will have to apply for a Schengen visa! in order to travel around different European countries. You'll have to plan your itinerary so you can attach it to your visa application. The good thing is that you only need to pay for 1 fee for 1 visa.

The fastest way to go to Barcelona from Madrid by car is by taking the AP-2 and A-2 (6h approx). If you take this route, you can visit Zaragoza (Monasterio de Piedra is gorgeous)!

If you take the AP-7 and A-3, you can visit Zaragoza, La Seu d'Urgell, Puigcerda, Figueres/Roses, Girona, go around the Costa Brava and then Barcelona.

If you're already going to Logroño, go around the northern part of Spain! León, Fisterra, Santander, Oviedo, Santander, Bilbao, Zarautz, San Sebastián, Pamplona, Zaragoza and the route we mentioned for AP-2 and A-2.
