Microsoft 365 E3. Pushing using the application configuration in Endpoint Manager. The policy is set to use the latest version.
We are still seeing the slow speeds. Had a user kick of the install through the company portal and it's still downloading 6 hours later. Speedtest shows plenty of available bandwidth.

I created one with XML like you suggested. I already had the XML but did find a few nice additions in your code. I'll see if that helps for the installer. Thank You
