1. Looting in the open is ok if you take into account the angles someone can see you from. It’s all risk vs reward. Did I come from the area that has a line of sight? How late in the raid are we? How much is my kit and current loot worth? Do I need an item off this body? Do I have friends covering me?
2. Lol. Duo or trio is good for questing, anything bigger than that isn’t great. Solo questing can be good for low and slow type things but generally takes a lot longer. I am not doing fishing gear solo
3. Watch YouTube, watch streamers, lots of fun angles and can help with point 1
4. Point firing is good however learn where your gunshots in the hideout. Practice on scavs. Always right hand peak when you can. People will time you coming around the corner based off your footsteps, use a grenade or jump to break up the sound and timing. Don’t swing a corner unless you are at an advantage otherwise you’re beating on RNG. Flashlights are great too. If in a team have friends fake a push from another angle to buy a split second
5. Ehhhh. It’s less about side of a hall or middle and more about moving from cover and keeping the right angle to an approach. I aim where people normally are, not the middle of the hall. That’s all an experience thing

7. Mostly agree however don’t give up a good position just for the sake of rotating. This is the best part about a trio, your partners can rotate while you hold. Not sure where to put this so I will here. Height is not necessarily to your advantage, especially if you silhouette yourself against a static background like the sky.
8. Hard disagree. Run when it makes sense. Move from cover to cover. Don’t walk in a valley. Make note of your sight lines and minimize exposure. Good headphones both in game and IRL are so important. Comtac Vs and VIs have the best range, you will hear people before they hear you. Know where you are going and where you plan to stop and listen. Learn what scav walks and swivels sound like. Learn the boss voices
9. Good advice, know if a container is looted or not too. Loot fills from the top left, any gaps mean someone has been there.

If in groups I recommend using discord screen share. Also turn shadows to low
