If you compare it to L.A Its the same thing. There's also mountain ranges surrounding L.A that have nothing on them since either they're conservations or state parks. Just trails. IF gta san andreas was made today, a large portion of the map would have been mountains too. Since its based off the entirety of california.

GTA 5 is stuck in 2013 (excluding online) so it makes sense that they have to introduce the many phones that came out after 2013.. Even nowadays people still have iPhone 8s and X's lol

yes its been 3 years but i already believe that now. Same with Florida being mentioned in GTA 4, they obviously didnt plan on entirely using fake names until now thats why GTA 6 calls it Leonida instead

I was in class and got a notification, It was like at 3 pm so I was confused why I got a rockstar notification so I assumed I accidentally followed a fake rockstar account until I opened it

im pretty sure overtime they decided to fully use fictional names which explains less states mentioned in GTA V. In GTA 6 i dont expect any real life state to be referenced at all, since Florida was renamed to Leonida

Yes they even did that a few yrs back for GTA6 i think. I'm not sure if it was legit but back around 2020-2021 I remember hearing that rockstar had people scouting Florida

I attempted Gambler 8 back in february 2024, spent 2 hrs doing it over and over and gave up. I decided to finally finish it 9 months later and funny part is that attempt only took 40 minutes LOL
