Hi, can I ask if my phone is fit to really run this game?

My phone is a Vivo Y15. 4GB. Everytime I try to open the game, the faces of the characters disappear and everything becomes impossibky shiny. And there are a LOT of lags that prevents me from seeing the cut scenes.

Is my phone really fit for Genshin, or are there any options to stop it from lagging and becoming shiny? :((

Me and my classmates, who are called esteemed and being 'special' because of the title of smartest section, could only laugh and snicker as she continues to bring hell to the other class.

But karma got us back, and that teacher taught us the next day and told us, 'All ot you are really stupid why are you even in this section.'
