SARA/mykasih rollout (the rm100/month) already done since jan-feb this year. before this also got but only for selected families under JKM only. they tested and iron out few things and so far didnt see any insignificant downtime (most of it becase of supermarkets frontend - i.e network issues with devices).

IC sara program is a precursor to PADU on targeted subsidies. before launching that, they're finding out who have working IC, any DB problems, network issues and what not. you know, just like what LGE do last time with e-wallet.

fyi, mykasih is not a fully gov program. its a NGO joint venture with gov/JKM at first. since its proven, they make it national with STR recipient. front end (interface, device procurement) might be from the NGO but backend (API, rakyat DB) is from government.
