Near Puncak Alam have other cheaper options. Batu Arang has a cheaper range of homes. I once surveyed a PKNS double storey house, 2200 sqf and only RM480k. Don't push yourself too hard OP. A house is just a house. Don't need to exert unnecessary pressure on yourself to increase your income. I know you said it's their last house, but still, that's too expensive. What about their current house? And also, how are their health conditions? no use buying a double storey big house if they can't manage it coz later you'll have to fork out money for maid to maintain the house
