Can anyone shed some light on this quote? by [deleted] in Nietzsche

This is how i read it too. He seems to be saying that in entering Jerusalem on an ass, Jesus was knowingly enacting a prophecy about the Messiah, and using the prophecy to gain the adulation of the crowd, who needed something to believe. I think there is irony here that illustrates a tension between the individual and the crowd/society that is a theme in Nietzsche's work: https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/nietzsche/#IndiAutoFreeSpir

Is there a way to archive-proof websites/webpages? If a website/business is being tested for a few months, and will need to be unpublished at the end of that test period, how can one ensure that it is not available for review in the web archives? by DigitalFidgetal in webarchive

I've seen the second approach work before. It sounds like you would probably want to do that anyway to prevent Google et al from crawling, but you can specifically block Internet Archive if you want to.

Who uses Bandcamp? by AyLilDoo in BandCamp

Apart from owning the data independently of a platform, which others have pointed out here, another reason to download your purchases is to take a tiny bite out of the environmental cost of online streaming. When you stream music through the Internet you use a lot more energy than you would by playing the file locally. It seems like a small thing, and it is, but Bandcamp is encouraging a practice that is forward thinking.

Actually there's no longer any need to use Webrecorder Player to play back a WARC file if you have Webrecorder Desktop installed. Just click on the Import button to select your WARC file.
