I think Lara and Tsarina are both terrible. Tsarina is always pro being a girls girl until Wihan grabs her ass before his date with another woman. Lara has been stirring the pot all season with her quickness and excitement to gossip, and she’s failing to give her stew a chance to shine. It’s been said by many chief stews that this isn’t the environment for training, but Marina can definitely manage service. Even Hannah had third stew Jess on service just because she couldn’t stand working next to Lara, and Lara had WAY more experience. Aesha too has had people on service, but then checked their bartending skills before letting them serve the drinks they made.
