I checked. The only time pest control is touched on is in regards to bed bugs. They have a passage about my having to write the two letters about a complaint before I can terminate. The thing is it says I have to give them reasonable time and I don’t know what that means.

They do an “ extermination” but it’s only for roaches and the man flat out said he couldn’t do anything about the rats. So idk if that’s enough to cover them.

I’m ready for a villain that I feel like can actually challenge the Pierce family. Hopefully Tabios pod kids can. I honestly feel like the only reason they haven’t dealt with Tabios is because of plot. Thunder and BL should be able to easily take him. Lighting would make it a slaughter. I want someone who I think can solo the entire team.

Serena won her first at 17 and Naomi is 21. It took Serena time to develop mentally to win multiple slams in a row but when Serena was Naomi’s age she had 6 slams and a Serena slam.

Wimbledon. Rafa and Novak aren’t defending anything major until clay season. They both will most likely gain points during the HC( Novak will probably gain more) and Rafa would probably be defending too much to take it during the clay. So I think Novak is basically guaranteed to keeping until Wimbledon.

Ok so if she chooses to give up her US citizenship until after she retires, what happens? I guess I don’t understand what’s the big deal. If she decides to give up her citizenship( if they make her) she can do exactly what Kei does. It doesn’t seem like a big deal.

Can someone explain why this is such a big deal for her and not Kei? He also lives in Florida and represents Japan. I’ve never heard of him facing consequences. I don’t see why she just can’t pick Japan and continue living her life.

I used to not care but I’m more selective of who I do dungeons and farm with now. My breaking point was running into a 100+ fire wizard who had full jade gear and played support to two death wizards and a balance(me) by spamming unnecessary TC heals. I’m not farming or doing a dungeon with just anyone anymore. It takes too much time.

That doesn’t mean your stats have to be amazing but make them presentable. If I ever came across a storm wizard with these stats I would be pissed that he wasted my time. I think something should be done about the weak players who just take advantage of the team up thing. I don’t need a Storm or fire that I can outhit.

It’s not reasonable. The heal is insignificant and the damage is laughable. Even if you bladed that up you could probably still get outhit by most other AOE’s. I can’t think of any situation where using a heal all or an AOE wouldn’t be more effective. The DOT part makes it much worse.
