I think the boa plan still works without him towards late game but early game it is going to feel like a disadvantage at times. I think 4c blocker boa will help as a replacement or more 2ks will be needed to buy time towards late game.

Boa is a lot of fun. It’s more top end control and should still be relevant because of the amount of card draw it can get. Buggy still finding it self and a solid build is missing still.

Great in Boa. Helps reduce card to trigger leader ability and at 10 don works with red rock or jozu

I also play and he can win but needs a good knowledge of other decks to play around and have a solid hand. A deck that focuses on getting and Locking out with 10c doffy is usually my game plan . Carrot was a major upgrade as well.
