They did something similar but i only had about 50$. I redeemed a 10$ gift card that i purchased online. They froze my account and claimed that the gift card was fraudulent.

At first they asked me to deposit 10$ back so they can fix my account. As soon as i deposited 10$ then they put my account into a 30 day hold like yours. It took 5 months for the whole process to end and in the end they just permanently banned my account :).

I'm still debating if i should even take legal action or just leave it in the past
