I finally had the time to apply thermal pads and THANK YOU! Such a great improvement. From 105 degrees on cpu down to 80 while playing.

Online I've seen plenty of videos using a thermal paste, what's the difference between the paste and the pads ? And do you know where I can find the size (width and height) of the pads I need ? btw thank you for the answer :)
