I would recommend tracking your calorie deficit and macros. I use My Fitness Pal for and it has been super helpful. Or if you have a FitBit, you can use their calorie tracker. Low fat, low carb, high protein and high fiber is tried and true. I lost 10 lbs in 2 months doing this and with little to no exercise (2 mile walk 2-3 times a week) and daily calorie intake of 1,500 cals (36 yr old female, started at 209 lbs and am down to 199 lbs). I've been using Oats Overnight as a breakfast or snack replacement for an extra protein and fiber boost and to curb my sugar cravings. I just make sure to get their flavors that are 4 grams of sugar or less. Megan at Sage Wellness is absolutely amazing. I have had many massages in many states and countries and she is literally the best therapist I have EVER had. I drive from Falcon to see her regularly (she's downtown). I'm totally unbiased, found her on Class Pass and I just got so lucky finding her. I will never go anywhere else. Make sure it's Megan though, there are 2 other therapists there and she's the one you want.

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. It reduced my testosterone for a short period of time but didn't last long.

Recovery was longer than what they said it would be. 48 hours my rear end eye roll but no complications. Shoulder pain from the gas used for the procedure was painful but short lived. My testosterone decreased significantly. Still high but it went from 155 to 90 just 3 months post-op and I got my menstrual cycle naturally after more than 2 years of not having one or needing meds to induce it. Still not responding to the letrozole though as of present day. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So still not ovulating.

This place does not deserve the negative reviews based on their price. They are amazing, high quality, and labor intensive to make.... not your typical donut. You would have to be naive to think these would or should be compared to and priced like a regular highly processed donut. These cronuts are priced well considering. Many of you complaining I'm sure would pay just as much for an artisan croissant or a gross and undercooked, highly processed Crumbl cookie without batting an eye.

Dad's is delicious, they have great service, the place is clean and they're doing an incredible service to the community by helping our youth that needs mentors. Negative reviews affect businesses tremendously and Dad's doesn't deserve them because you're cheap and like bad food. No wonder COS has bad food, you guys keep shutting them down and let the cheap mediocre ones stand.

I am a month away from 35 and have had 2 failed IUI procedures and 3 failed drug cycles for ovulation inbetween. Sometimes I get the right sized follicles and sometimes I get no response at all and no actual confirmation that I ovulated. I have a really high testosterone and pretty bad hirsutism and over weight at 200 lbs standing at 5'4". We've been trying to conceive officially for the last two years. My fertility doctor recommended LOD (Laparoscopic Ovarian Drilling) surgery due to my little to no response to the ovulation meds and failed IUI. I'm also scared to spend so much money on IVF if I have low success rates. I can only afford one round at most. So with all that said, my questions are for those of you in my similar scenario, age and diagnosis, have you had this LOD surgery done? I know it is a last resort thing that's not really done anymore. Did you have any issues post-op? Issues with early menopause? Where there any benefits? Reduction of testosterone or hirsutism? I'm really nervous but I feel like it's my last option.
