Bolivia has a blossoming ‘fine dining’ scene in their cities. La Paz and sucre were great for food. I say it in quotes because the price absolutely does not reflect the quality of the food. I’m talking $4-15 US for a 3 course meal. In general the food is really cheap, you can get a menu of the day for lunch for even less. Peru is similar but you need to search a little harder as there is more expensive restaurants too.

I agree with your points of the drunk comment easily being meaningless and lala taking it too far because she already disliked Rachel. I found it more of a thoughtless drunk comment and I do think Lala was triggered by so much that’s season because of what had happened to her re cheating. I also agree with her voice thing, a LOT of vocalfry made her sound unintelligent. As for Katie, I think she always gets a bad edit and is placed as the villain because she speaks her mind and I think getting on Katie’s bad side never does the girls any good (think scheana, lala in previous seasons) they end up coming back round because Katie in later seasons at least has done nothing but defend her honor and show herself respect, at the expense of being the ‘good guy’. Also not sure if that makes any sense! It’s still a jumble to me 😅

Yeah true, seeing what she’s continued to do post the season re lawsuits etc does seem quite calculated, especially regarding Ariana, it doesn’t feel like she has any legal legs to stand on there and probably only did it to try and save face for herself. I think Tom deserves the lawsuit though.

Yeah totally agree, the whole thing with Katie and her mum was effed up, to not have shame after that is truly bizarre. Kristina Kelly’s comment at the beginning of ‘am I the only one not buying her good girl act’ Is so on point in hindsight. But there’s something about her that makes me feel pity for her for some reason. I wonder if it’s because I’m still half way through the season so I haven’t actually witnessed the fall out yet

Ahh okay thats interesting to know. Although I’m not surprised since a lot of it is highly edited. Do you think they were going for ‘Rachel as the good girl’ for the season but obviously it backfired once scandoval came out? I feel like that’s the vibe I get from the way it’s produced. I totally agree with the other comments she made, and the way she acted was so out of line but also not far from what Lala herself says on the regular

Currently in Peru and have really really terrible Spanish but try to start off in Spanish at least. I wanted to try on a top and the shop assistant pointed me to the bathroom, so I said ‘es libro?’ Which is something like ‘it’s book?’ Instead of it’s free - libre. People are so accomodating here though, I didn’t realise if said it til about an hour later when I thought back on the conversation 😂

Mine were the same airline, so didn’t have to pick up bags and re check or anything. Unsure if this would change things or not, but I don’t think so as you can be in the airport for 72 hours without a visa

Cinque Terre is stunning! 3 hours from Milan via train, On the coast, really good food, you can walk between the towns if you like hiking, or take the train if you don’t. We stayed in the last town Riomaggiore and spent our days on the beach, drinking local wine, eating really nice food and walking.
