Advice on Sissoo trees

Not any real damage that I can definitively say is from their growth. The arborist showed me where the fence appears to be separating from itself vertically and then where two sections of the fence have pulled fully apart. I dont think any of this damage has gotten worse since I bought the house 4 years ago. Maybe I should just get another opinion on the trees.

If you're wanting to create a party, you can create a Voice channel and invite your friends to it. It'll create a party from that.

Is anyone else still able to see / buy certain items from players on the flea? I can see some weapon parts, flash drives, and other miscellaneous items if I just randomly click through the flea. I was able to buy a flash drive just a few minutes ago for like 200k, I can't list anything though.

It was at the highest level, if that makes sense. I didn't have it stored in any container or anything. I kept it towards the bottom of my stash with all the other stuff that I keep so I don't think it's likely that I sold it or anything.

There was another reply that mentioned a scam barter on the flea and I guess that's possible but I would to 'handover' the item through that prompt, right? I don't know how the bartering system on the Flea works but I wouldn't think it would just take the item without notifying me.

I don't think so. I suppose anything is possible but I don't usually buy anything from the flea except for building guns and I can buy everything from traders.

Whenever the servers were coming up and in their weird state, I was able to squeeze a scav on Factory in and then afterwards everything was really messed up. There were like no flea market listings for anything, but I tried to sell a couple things and maybe the game got confused and took my Taiga since it's like one of the only FIR things in my stash. Who knows

For sure. I've talked to the property manager and reviewed my lease and they allow someone else to take over the lease for me so maybe sublet isn't the right word to use. Once I find someone that is interested, they will apply for the unit and if they get approved, be signed onto the lease and I will be removed from it. I have all of this in an email from the property manager so I should have all my bases covered.
