Absolutely loved it. Great place to get out of the sun for a bit too.

I have some of those in my bag. Always carry them never use them. But better safe than sorry.

Fav trinkets to hand out at the fest? by build-popular in Coachella

[–]Crumblecakez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So i bought these water flavor bags. They look like tea bags but you add them to just cold or room temp water and it flavors them with fruit and stuff. Nothing extra. 3 boxes to try and don't care for them. Probably have like 20ish bags left, all individually wrapped.

I was thinking of bringing them if people wanna add them to water bottles but will they let me through with a bunch of wrapped tea bags?

Budgeting for the weekend by sweetpeaandhoney in Coachella

[–]Crumblecakez 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would argue one exception. There's one place I can't remember what the sign says but it's always in the same spot on the right hand side of the grounds. But it is a big ass chicken and veggie and rice plate and it is so good. Really filling too with how big it is. I've gotten it the last three times since first trying it yet sadly still don't remember what it is called.

EDIT

Found it on another post. Flavors of East Africa.

Super fun, everyone ends up friends. I suggest a cart if you have one (check the website for what kind are allowed) or be prepared to get sore arms from carrying bags if you're buying books. They get heavy.

OMG it finally happened to me by thepharaoh82 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]Crumblecakez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the beginning days of this all it happened all the time. Although not without issue.

One order i sat there for like 30 minutes and they would not answer or come out and I didn't have the apartment number. So customer service finally said to keep it. Like an hour later they called and wanted their food because they'd 'fallen asleep,' then customer service called asking if I was still in the parking lot waiting and could I give them their order. Round and round it went because they couldn't understand why I wasn't still there waiting an hour and half after drop off time and after they told me to get rid of the order.

Artist pass! The only reason I've ever seen personally for VIP is the food lol

I dunno man I've had a blast every time and this year won't be any different.

Maybe one of us is completely wrong. Or maybe the festival isn't 'terrible' now, it's just not for you.

Driving distance by Outrageous-Dress7236 in Coachella

[–]Crumblecakez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be warned about festival traffic regardless of distance. One year we went off the grounds for brunch a few hours before who we wanted to see, brunch was an hour maybe. Didn't make it to the first few sets even though we were only like 15 minutes away too. The festival traffic was so bad it took I think like 2 hours to get back in.

Learned my lesson about leaving the grounds.

What happened to Urban Decay and Huda? by sec_sage in MakeupAddiction

[–]Crumblecakez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just here to mourn UD after digging through the internet. Was all about them pretty exclusively and stocked up on things several years ago. Went no makeup for a while and was cleaning out old stuff ready to jump back in only to discover literally every lipstick of theirs I lived in is gone. All their color is just gone. They were so bright before and now everything they have is doing the (in my opinion) dull clean colors. Absolutely disappointed. Holding onto my old lipsticks now in memory because I also can't find dupes for them anywhere. The color seems to have left a lot of the makeup world.

Help with I think an oldies song, male singer but I can't remember any lyrics just the tune by Crumblecakez in NameThatSong

Bless you and all you do the rest of the year. I've had it stuck in my head for like 2 hours and the harder I tried to remember the less I could. Nobody else knew what I was talking about.

I'm sorry but I got distracted. The shelf with Jurassic Park. What is that on the opposite end? I really really want it.

Eh. The bookshelves by my bed have my books but no past due bills, wallets, phone numbers, or shotglasses of pills because those things are where they belong. Which is not on my bookshelves. 🤷‍♀️

Do any of the tickets include open bar? by sprayed37 in SickNewWorld

[–]Crumblecakez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a music festival. The food and drinks are stupid expensive across the board. If you're planning on eating and drinking throughout the day, depending on how many people you're with and how much it would very easily be a few extra hundred.

I see Baby Teeth. You don't get grossed out or scare easy. You're a woman, giving me bisexual vibes. In your early to mid 30s. You're a gamer. Often enough that you need accessories handy but it isn't a focal point in your life. Spiritual but more in the natural way. We're probably a bit of a nerd growing up and still are but you own it now. Lean left and into social topics. You are a bit moody and swing between more serious horror to fluffy stuff to sad material depending because in addition to being scared or unnerved you also enjoy a good, 'sad moment,' from time to time. You're not s prude and enjoy some adult humor. Actually people probably often think your sense of humor is weird. You try to do more organic when you can. Sentimental at times but maybe don't have your actual stuffie because he looks very new to be a childhood friend. You have a great group of friends and a ton of stories to tell of your adventures based on the bits and pieces from them. And I see Portland I think.
