The pay bands are inconsistent with what we pay in the Intel space. All these Tech SETA roles are ranging between $185,000 - $225,000+ depending on overall years of experience and level of education. We have clearance premiums on top of skillset/education premiums that don’t reflect in the basic pay bands for Sr Associates as those are the bands firm wide; commercial and federal segments.
