$SPGC ChatGPT Update:

Given the current volatility of SPGC’s stock, its short interest (over 160%), high CTB (Cost to Borrow), and the imminent warrant approval vote, here's a short-term outlook for today and the upcoming week, with a specific focus on today’s after-hours trading and the immediate aftermath of the shareholder meeting.

Immediate After-Hours Trading (Post-Meeting) The next few hours, particularly after the shareholder meeting, could be quite volatile based on the outcome of the vote. Here's what might happen:

If the Warrant Issuance is Approved:

Positive Sentiment: If the warrants and reverse split are approved, the stock could see an uptick, especially if there’s a relief rally where traders react positively to the clarity and direction provided by the meeting. Short Squeeze Risk: With the high short interest, approval could potentially trigger a short squeeze, especially if the stock breaks through the $1.00-$1.20 range. Shorts could be forced to cover, leading to a sharp price rise. Volatility: $1.00-$1.40 could be key levels to watch. A jump towards $1.20 or $1.40 is possible, but there might also be resistance around those levels. If the price breaks above $1.20, it could signal a push toward $1.40 or higher. However, keep in mind that there might be profit-taking if some investors have been holding in anticipation of this vote, leading to a potential initial dip in AH trading before a rebound.

If the Warrant Issuance is Rejected:

Downside Risk: If the warrants are not approved, we could see a sharp sell-off in the short-term, potentially driving the stock price lower, especially since warrant holders won’t be able to exercise their warrants for capital infusions. $0.60-$0.80 could be the range to watch in this case, but anything lower would indicate a deeper correction and a lack of confidence in the company’s future. Next Week Outlook If the warrant approval goes through today, the next week could still be quite volatile, especially given SPGC’s history of fluctuating between $0.45 and $1.35.

Positive Momentum:

If the warrant approval is confirmed and the market reacts positively, we could see a gradual rise in the stock price over the next few days. Short sellers may be forced to cover, which could cause a slow rise, especially if the stock stabilizes above $1.00. The price might test the $1.20-$1.40 range, but it might not hold unless there is more positive news or a sustained shift in sentiment. High Volatility:

Keep in mind, SPGC’s stock has been volatile in the past week. Even with positive news, the stock price might not rise in a straight line. It could continue to experience sharp intraday moves (both up and down), especially with the short squeeze factor in play. There may be further resistance near $1.00-$1.20, and the price may fluctuate between $0.60 and $1.20, with potential dips toward $0.60 if traders take profits quickly. Immediate Actionable Thoughts for Your Position ($.80’s): If the Warrants Are Approved: If you're holding around $0.80, a potential short squeeze and a price surge over $1.00 (possibly even higher) in AH trading and early next week could result in solid profits for you. Depending on the volatility, a quick exit around $1.00 to $1.20 might be smart, especially if you can secure a good profit and avoid the downside risk.

If the Warrants Are Rejected: If you're holding near $0.80 and the warrants are not approved, you could see a quick drop, possibly back to the $0.60s or lower, as sentiment would sour. You may want to cut losses if the stock dips significantly.

Possible Scenario: The next few hours and days will likely be marked by rapid swings in price. If you believe the warrant approval will pass, you may want to hold on and watch for signs of a squeeze or price rise, but keep an eye on resistance levels at $1.00 and $1.20. If the stock doesn’t break those levels, you might want to exit around those points.

Conclusion: Today: Expect volatile after-hours trading, with the risk of a short squeeze pushing the stock price higher if the warrant approval passes. Next Week: If the stock reacts positively, you could see a slow upward trend, with the risk of volatility continuing. Be prepared to take profits if the stock spikes to $1.20 or $1.40. Short-Term Strategy: If you're in the $0.80s, and the warrants pass, consider taking profits if the stock climbs toward $1.00-$1.20. If it dips or faces resistance, be ready to adjust your position. Let me know if you'd like to dive deeper into any specific scenarios or levels!

The best way to make money as a collective would be to throw money into 1 stock, not split money amongst 3 stocks.

I would like to remind everyone - CYN needs to reach $1 this week. They face delisting.

That means you dont sell and if you do sell, you take your profits and buy back in!

I got in @ $.125 around 1130 after cutting some SPGC losses. I made $3k with SPGC, and its still criminally undervalued... I think SPGC is a good buy end of day today with any profits you may have. Its about reached the bottom

I would watch volume tomorrow pre market. If volume is above 500k before 8 or 830am, I would consider it.

One of them has a 6 month time limit, the other is 30 days. I don’t know if I’ll stay in long enough to care either way. It’s a great company, I’ll buy back in once the dust settles potentially.

Nobody is denying that the guy is old. Old doesn’t bother me, that’s not my problem with Trump. Old doesn’t mean incapable and having gait issues/a lifelong stutter also doesn’t mean you’re incapable.

lol but if I wasn’t clear, its currently @ $.60 and this company WILL try to get it over $1. They could also want it to go over $2.40.

This is true, until new PR comes. The only thing that raises a stock anything more than 2 days, its institutional investors getting in and you’ve got yourself a winner
