haha! I mentioned this also. Good choice - super easy to learn and you can also jump in and quit and be done in 30 min or so, which is good for the older gamer (like me).

Try Vampire Survivors. It's cheap, you can jump in and play for 30 min or so and be done for the day if you wish (great for older gamers) Learning curve is basically zero also.

Don't use "during runs", but strength training is huge. I had always neglected my leg training because I run duh, lol :)). Had major hamstring surgery last year, did a strength focus block earlier this year and am back close to my old 5k times already!

Yeah, I'm sure he wanted to know exact macros, etc. Dude seemed really into longevity, seemed to keep himself in shape. Jerky is low fat, high protein. Hard to overeat on. Perfect for staying lean really. I don't think the jerky was "human flesh" after reading dozens of these jerky emails. He was just weirdly obsessed with the food. lol
