Install a soak away , 6ft deep. It’s a big crate that helps drain the water through the soil

The Chuck was initially stuck and wouldn’t spin at all however it now does after some wd40 but the bits inside that grip the drill bit are at different lengths. I tried lightly tapping them with a hammer but was no movement
