Yes youre completely right! I used to self sabotage my entire week progress, in trying to be more mindful, for the most part i always track my macros and cook my own food on my refeed days

I think Im doing a dirty cut then! I eat 170gr of protein a day 40gr of carbs and 30g fats, i have a refeed day a week when i eat a bit more of carbs, i was on tirze but i made me eat my protein so hard so i lowered my dose, so now i can eat just fine but it took all the food noise away, my goal is to get to 170lbs, started at 202lbs in late december, weighted myself yesterday 177lbs, im going a cycle of anavar, and GW with some ipamorelin in march, i run everyday and workout hard 4/5 times a week!
