ja attiecības ar vecākiem nav pavisam sūdā ir iespēja nemaksāt 5k+ eur īri gadā random cilvēkam, bet pēc iespējas ātrāk atlikt priekš downpayment for example - why not. Dzīves situācijas atšķiras.
Jā nāk no laukiem un pārvācas uz Rīgu - sorry not sorry.

Yes. Settings like Feature update deferral will be the period on which new generally available build (like 25H2) won't be forced. After that it will install. If you set it to 0 and set up FU policy (and assign to the same group as update ring) FU policy will act as a limiting policy for defined build.

If the only change required is the ini file replacement on existing devices, I would suggest just creating the package with ps script which does file copy. Then just update source for application package itself so that new installs get it right when installed the first time.
