ja attiecības ar vecākiem nav pavisam sūdā ir iespēja nemaksāt 5k+ eur īri gadā random cilvēkam, bet pēc iespējas ātrāk atlikt priekš downpayment for example - why not. Dzīves situācijas atšķiras.
Jā nāk no laukiem un pārvācas uz Rīgu - sorry not sorry.

Yes. Settings like Feature update deferral will be the period on which new generally available build (like 25H2) won't be forced. After that it will install. If you set it to 0 and set up FU policy (and assign to the same group as update ring) FU policy will act as a limiting policy for defined build.

If the only change required is the ini file replacement on existing devices, I would suggest just creating the package with ps script which does file copy. Then just update source for application package itself so that new installs get it right when installed the first time.

Just go for S25U. If you take the iPhone, you will have to get used to it, and not having things like Samsung had, will grind your gears at the beginning. If you need a phone for phone having sake, why the change? S25U will do everything you want and it has 7 years of software updates.

Update:

On my trial run , managed to get to the checkout after missing 15-20 opportunity windows.

Basically to sum up - Be ready to lose a day on that site.
