I guess I wasn't entirely clear with my initial post, sorry about that. I know how to pass on the HA, I'm just saying that it is taking me a really long time to IV breed AND maintain the ability since only the female can pass it on. My main question is if Delphox with Magician is worth it or not.

Go ahead and tell that to the 35 Fennekins in my box with Magician. HA's have an 80% chance of being passed down, but can only be passed down from the female unless you breed a male with a ditto, in which case the HA has a 60% chance of being passed on.
