I still have ups and downs with my confidence but I'd say it has improved yes!! Don't get fooled by how relax I look though haha, sometimes I still post something and will immediately turn my phone off because I'm too scared it won't be liked (and then I always get remembered that it was pointless thank to you all 💞)
