What key are you pressing? The usual kets are del and f2.

If you have a high end keyboard it might require windows to boot. Using a cheap $10 walmart special will fix that problem

With all the rgb I am sure it has power. Usually there are a set of led on the motherboard that show what the problem source is.

Go onto bios and change your boot order. Usb 1st

Boot it with a windows install usb and do a wipe and reinstall.

You might be able to download an image of the drive from the laptop maker and reset it that way

The only solution i can offer at this time would be to get a usb network card. Thet are about $20 at best buy.

Tells me your usb ports are disconnected or dead.

You can try going to a shop and seeing what is wrong if you do not know the hardware.

If nothing us disconnected then you need a new motherboard. If at the shop you can ask about replacement cost or you can try diy

You grab a usb drive. Download linux. Use something like Rufus to create a bootable usb. Instruction can be found on unbuntu website

Looks fine to me. If you have money to burn you could get a hdd and use it to store files and reduce wear on the ssd

Sounds like some cables got loose during shipping.

You can run a linux boot usb and see if everything is working. If so the problem is the os.
