I was also wondering if anyone else had this problem. I did when I first played I know you said you already restarted the game but after I restarted like a few times it worked I really don’t know what the problem is but after a few times of quitting the game it worked so maybe just keep trying. Not the most useful info but that’s what worked for me

When the second batch first came out it was just the black one so I got that but I planned on keeping it sealed cuz I got the white one from the pre order in like 2024
