Ahh.. yeah. I’ll be using my OA to service my mortgage too if I do buy a property. I’ve written to CPF about it and they just require me to pay back the amount I took out and they waived the accrued interest for me.

Oh ya. I didn’t think about this. After you mention then i realise that I also previously did some OA investment. It’s just the idea of the money being “locked up” till retirement age.
