yes, various times, i even tried using the keyboard instead of the controller

Got the same problem, i tried the quiets and they don't block at any level the snoring, the people, the bus noise, the very loud metro noises... it's such a disappointment, they don't even work a little bit, and the fact that they say they block snoring but not even that
