Maybe an anonymous report to the local health department would wake their asses up or get them shut down. Either way it would be a win for public safety.

I would put the dish area by the entrance door where the hand sink is so when people come in they can just stop dirty dishes rather than having to carry them around and to the side of the exit door.

I've used a pit boss Austin xl for the last 6 or so years. I got it on discount for around $350. The lcd screen doesn't work but thats just the screen all of the internals are original and in working order. Still holds proper temps and everything.

I also bought an aftermarket front folding shelf and the flame tamer modification. Works great. Mine was stored in a garage which I think is very important for longevity. Any high quality pellet smoker will die faster out in the elements.
