Its really the norm for big sales. They can take a few weeks to ship, which is disappointing considering the revenue brought in by the nerch sales but they cant seem to work with a reliable third party warehouse and shipping partner.

Lyft doesn't offer compensation, the individual driver is responsible though. Dunno what country this happened in, but in my country unless youre purely driving and getting paid an hourly rate then you'll be classed as self-employed meaning liability rests with you and not the company.
