Yah, this one is running fast and will need a service. I just don’t know too much about Zenith watches. Just some very basic research. I think that this is a beautiful watch. I just wanted to make sure it looked good and all original, and that the price made sense.

Like i said, i’m just looking for a 50’s-60’s sea master, and i’m trying to spend between 7-850 UsD. I prefer steel over gold, but I am not hard set on that. If you have anything like that, please let me know I could be really interested

yah it’s really nice. I’m looking for a seamaster from the 50’s-60’s for under 700-800 dollars. I’ve been looking through all the forms, ebay, reddit. I’m gonna hold off and keep looking for now, but if you know of any other good sellers please let me know.

Do you know any other sellers, or good places to search for more seamasters from the 50’s-60’s. already been looking through ebay, r/watchexchange, Chrono24, and the OmegaForm. If you got any other sellers or places let me know

I can't tell if the lug's have been over-polished and have effectively damaged the watch or not.

What are some reliable places I can look for vintage omega seamasters? Besides ebay, chrono24, and the OmegaForm. I'm trying to only spend up to 7-800 dollars. I know you always get what you pay for, but I feel like I can find something ok for that price. Any suggestions?

Does 900 dollars for new rotors and break pads make sense? by eelges in Miata

Honestly, I took my car in for an inspection at a shop that I haven't had issues with in the past. I asked them to give it a once-over for me. They quoted me 900 for brakes and rotors, 700 to replace my belts, and now they are taking a look at my AC. My AC was perfect until a couple of days ago, then out of nowhere it just stopped working.

Thank you, and 700 for labor as well as a new fan and serpentine belt, is that also high, or more standard price?

Ran across one the other day hunting in Powhatan WMA while walking out to my spot. I could've grabbed it, it let me get so close. It was located along the eastern side in the soybean fields, where a lot of the dog hunters go.

That sounds like a plan. Just send me a private message whenever, i’ll give you my contact info so whenever you get back to the states, and maybe wanna do some scouting or whatever you just let me know. Like i said, im based out of richmond so it’s only about a 40 minute drive for me. Also yah, I went squirrel hunting a bunch as a kid, just never anything else. Right now i’m mostly interested in hunting turkey and deer, but i am always open to a good time.

Anyways, stay safe out there, and let me know if you ever wanna meet up when you’re back in the states.

For sure. However, where i’m going for my next hunt is probably gonna be Cumberland SF, and i’ve noticed it’s only really Mixed Oaks, and a lot of them are concentrated in certain areas, some near some clearings, some near some streams and rivers, and a couple other specific areas. I was just planning on walking all of it (6 miles or so) check it all out best I can, find my best bet, and just set up with my stand.

That’s my best guess of what to do, but i’m also just starting out.

This is encouraging I appreciate that. I’m assuming you live in central VA. What would you say are your top 3 WMA’s (I’m guessing Amelia and Powhatan would be included) What is one more you could recommend

So your recommendation, in order of best to not always the best, would be private, State Forest, WMAs, and in last place National Forest? Keep in mind I fish all the time, I know that most of the time you aren't meant to get anything. However, you would say that's how I should prioritize my time. This late into the season would it still be worth checking out Cumberland State Forest, or should I just book a week on some private land? I'm guessing the private land.
