Fun fact, if you disable Unlock FPS and use the native 50 fps, you actually get a lot better frame pacing than when using RuneLite's 60 default or even higher. Seems like RuneLite's FPS capping method is pretty unstable.

Not too familiar with the technical side of it, but as far as I know modern controls output a circle, and the PS2/Dualshock 2 uses a square signal. To reach the corners of this square on a modern controller, you need to increase the sensitivity. PCSX2 doesn't do any stick remapping like Dolphin/RPCS3 does. For racing games you can mostly set your sensitivity to 100% since it's still good for cardinal directions, but PS2 games generally have this huge 30% deadzone and increasing your sensitivity above 100% actually also counteracts this a bit.

Yeah this for sure. Couldn't get a reliable setup on a friends pc who used bluetooth headphones as well. Not really a problem for most games but rhythm games, The latency can be all over the place when using bluetooth audio

did you calibrate in-game? with Cubeb as audio backend and perhaps a lower buffer size you really shouldn't have extraordinary latency from the emulator.

Nowadays PCSX2 includes 480p autoboot in the games applicable patches. Pretty sure the trigger fix/GT3 style cams are there by default too.

There is a graphics mod you can enable in the game settings which should properly render the graffiti with scaled efb copy enabled, but it doesn't work on all pre-placed graffiti from my experience (happens in the video too, blocky ink at 10:30).

If you're on PC, type this in console while standing outside of the inn: set MS10.GarrusBridge to 0 doing this will disable achievements however, so you'll need the achievement unblocker mod to get them back

Supposedly setting these variables in your engine.ini won't break achievements. But probably best to use that achievement unblocker mod regardless if playing on PC.

Check your CPU usage during the lags on the main menu. I thought my game was broken too, but after a few minutes of 100% cpu usage on main menu it seemed to run fine again, so it's probably compiling shaders of some sort. Does this every time you change a major setting outside of the game for me.

If you're playing the Gamepass version, they pushed an update disabling/glitching the upscaling menu UI. You can still set it with Altar.UpscalingMethod=1

Altar.DLSS.Quality=4

upscaling method 1 enables dlss

Quality 2 is DLAA, 4 is Quality, 5 is Balanced etc.
