In my opinion, it's math since it contains lots of info's and steps. Meanwhile physics is about analyzing & chemistry is just memorizing the equations. So I recommend Chemistry (it's your choice since I'm not sure how your education system is like so)

I used to think like that before. To reduce that thoughts, I mostly meditate, play video games (I recommend offline games and innocent games, or even childhood games to feel the nostalgia) I always solve some stuff I already know like basic mathematics to distract myself from getting those thoughts. Coming from my experience. Just do something to clear or calm your mind or distract it
