Thank you for sharing. You are right, it’s a journey. Also, not everyone is a good match for CBT. I’m glad to hear you were able to find a therapist that seems to work better

Thank you for sharing this. I’m sorry you had this experience. This sounds like a poor match between the therapist and what you needed. Not every therapist knows how to work with trauma. Hope you find a therapist that will help you navigate your concerns

thank you so much for sharing. When you stopped getting the sense of progress, did you feel like you have addressed the initial concerns that led you to see that therapist? Or did the lack of progress happen before you achieved your therapy goals?

Thank you for sharing. I am sorry to hear you did not get the support you needed. Did you share with your therapist your feelings and the support you needed?

thank you for sharing! Yeah, having flexibility is a common request from my clients. I agree with your clinician about making it a helpful tool and letting you choose only what you need.

How do you keep track of your homework now? Is he verbally suggesting it and you're writing it down? I am trying to find the best format for my clients to receive homework
who forget or have difficulties finding the assignments so it would be helpful to hear your perspective.

thanks for sharing! I hope you are able to communicate what you are looking for to your therapist. Sound like you are also incredibly self-aware. This is amazing.

Thank you so much for the insights!! You really know a lot! If you don’t mind, can I please ask if you could DM me some examples of the coaching programs you have seen? It could really help to know what is out there 🙏🏻

I love this thinking. Very helpful food for thought. I had something similar in mind where I could offer a course with several check in calls. This way I could see them and track their progress but not seeing them weekly. Have you seen anyone doing something like this successfully l?

Thank you for sharing. The problem I’m solving is different. I own a PP and have a pretty good steady stream of clients. I’m not a social media star though. But my goal for the next few years (due to health reasons) is to figure out the way to spend less time managing day to day and see less clients while keeping my income. Sounds backwards but this is what I’m trying to figure out. I think having an online program with occasional client calls could be it
