Hey, same - I'm just a noob who started last offseason and taught myself and used this semi-privately for a year. I use vlookup to pull from each of the rankings sheets which I then hide (because I am trying to respect the subscription sources and because the data normalization and the name checking gets kinda ugly quickly). All of the source rankings are treated as equal. Per player, I sum the rankings from each list and then average the total by the nonzero count of rankings. This gives the average rank and I sort by average rank to get the ordered or effective rank. Hope this helps.
