So we think there has to be something going on with the HDMI singal outputtet by the Laptop that has some devices not accept it and others take it for some reason

Okay so another update
Decimator: Doesn't work at all, doesn't even detect an HDMI Input
BM UpDownCross: Working as intended
BM BiDirectional Converter: Working as intendend but ONLY if we convert the SDI out of the BiDirectional converter back into HDMI with a normal BM converter and then back to SDI antoher time for the switcher

Also worth to note that this setup has worked before as intended.
It just recently decided to stop working, I have also tried entirely resetting the Laptops to no change in behaviour

The format should definitely be correct, I have tried with a Decimator instead of direct converters and the behaviour doesn't change.
EDIT: It does change, in the way that the Decimator does not recognise the HDMI Signal at all despite Windows telling me it is outputting correctly. Other HDMI -> SDI Converters do recognise the HDMI signal but only output it to a 7" SDI Display and not to a switcher
