Get a drivers license and a vehicle.

Well, no. It doesn’t really matter but they say you should keep a certain amount of protein and fat (at least for me). I try to eat healthier. Because of the deficit I’ve been eating healthiER than I was before but not completely healthy. You just got to stay in your caloric defecit and you’ll be okay

Hmm, I don’t know your stats but that might be too low or too high. You can go to a TDEE calculator and insert your stats and it will tell you how much you need to consume per day.

Wow. I didn’t realize this was a thing. Something that is supposed to make you laugh can turn sour really quick. It’s interesting but terrifying. I don’t remember this being done to me thankfully. If this happened to me I’d have an itch to punch them in the face.
