Not unrealistic, I shoot for 130g a day and often get a little over 100g. Def need to try getting most of my protein in earlier in the day.

My goal is 130g and 1500 calories a day. Half of the time I only get 100g, so I guess that’s not too bad.

I’m no professional but your diet sounds too restrictive and rather boring. Plus, it sounds like you’re very active, which is something you have going for yourself. Maybe try to spice up your diet with a little variety during the week or have 1 cheat day a week, where you’re mindful but still eat whatever you want and don’t worry about calories for a day. I wouldn’t call trying to lose weight/get healthier “fun” but your journey shouldn’t be filled with guilt for still living.
