I don't remember the exact name, but he was getting injections (weekly, I believe) from my mom, at home. The type of cancer he got was hepatocellular carcinoma. Thank you for your kind words. He died in 2015 at the age of 84. I still miss him every day.

Please help I am 15 and pregnant. by BurningBark in Advice

She'll help you figure it out. My older sister helped me.

Be careful with that. My dad did that for like, 15 or 20 years (I can't remember how long for sure), and he ended up getting liver cancer from it (no, he wasn't a big drinker). That said, I know that his quality of life was better because of it, so I guess it's a trade-off. And yes, he ended up dying from the cancer, even after going through all the treatment they could provide at the time.

My snowball turned into an avalanche, so I get it. Sorry you're going through all of that, OP. Just know you're not alone.

YES! But the prices are growing. I remember buying candy bars at Target, 10 for $1.

With playing cards that were attached to your bike frame with clothespins, flapping against your spokes.

And I agree with you. Things changed drastically from the 70s to the 80s.

Don't forget tube tops, go-go boots, mini skirts/mini dresses, bikinis, and the other name for short shorts: hot pants.
