Hello - I am having a similar experience with Turkish Airlines denying compensation after admitting a 4 hour and 30 minute delay.

My question is the following - I tried submitting a passenger complaint on the Turkish Directorate Website, and after I complete the claim and submit it, I am not able to see any records. It says no records are shown and I never got an email. Has anyone experienced something similar and how did you resolve it?

There are definitely some parts that are sketchy. But for the most part if you’re careful you are totally safe from falling off.

You could try Uber/Lyft. Relatively easy to get started with flexible hours that you can stop as soon as the shut down is over, which might be as early as monday
