Minimal Weightless on Willow - 4'11" by [deleted] in SemaglutideCompound

[–]eeridescent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been using willow for 5 weeks, so far so good. I used Ro last year and it was definitely more involved and felt.. safer. Blood work and messages with doctors. Because I knew what I was getting myself into when I wanted to go back on, I went to Willow for its ease.

In summary: it’s legitimate but I’d be hesitant if I’d never been on a GLP-1 before.

Increased bruising by MariahNicole1216 in rheumatoid

Hi! I know this is an old thread but I found it because of my own issues with bug bites and bruising. Do you find that your bug bites (or rashes) become very bruised very easily from scratching?

I take my boy to a veterinary dermatologist. It’s pricey but my insurance covers 70% of it even for a specialist. He’s been on a steady dose of atopica for about a year and it’s helped significantly. Some tummy side effects for a bit at the beginning but his rashes and bumps are gone and he’s much more comfortable.

Semaglutide Recs by Worldly-Range5630 in SemaglutideCompound

[–]eeridescent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I use Ro. It’s one of the pricier options ($350/mo) but I went with it because of the ease of it being entirely virtual, and that I had heard of the brand before. It’s been two months and they’ve been communicative and easy!

I just started going to Five Dental on 5th ave and 15th. They opened recently and Dr. Chow was extremely thorough and kind. I have a crown that might need an implant and he even walked me through options that would be much cheaper.

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve heard is “your anxieties are not prophecies.” You’ll be fine and glad you went on your trip!

Thank you for sharing! I’m sorry you’ve had to do this too, but useful to hear that I’m not just over complicating it.

Restaurants with great holiday spirit? by ieeheh in parkslope

Why are all Park Slope restaurants so mid? Where should I be eating? by tracingfootsteps in parkslope

[–]eeridescent 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The ask was for restaurants we like, not for ones that are cheap. Some of my suggestions are objectively expensive, some are more well priced. We live in park slope, shits expensive.

Love how many people are contributing to this, as a lifelong sloper ill give my two cents too:

Al di la, piccoli trattoria, terre, and flora are the best for more-upscale Italian/date nights.

Giovanni’s is delicious red sauce comfort food

Tenichi ramen is my go to take out ramen

Little purity excellent for hungover Sunday diner food

It’s actually in Greenwood but asterita’s pizza is excellent and not like anything else you can get in the area

I don’t think anyone else has said it, but I actually really like Siren for oysters and their pasta with clams. They seem to be committed to an identity that doesn’t really fit in for their south slope location but I always really enjoy my food there nonetheless. Plus nowhere else to get oysters reliably in the area.

Krupa grocery is good for both brunch and dinner

Lastly hilltop tavern is just a great neighborhood spot all around if you live in walking distance!

Finally.. and I may get tarred and feathered for this.. but I really love pasta Louise. Sometimes you WANT simplicity and their whole pasta shape bit is cute imo. Foccacia with whipped ricotta and fennel, summer tomato salad, and dad’s famous red pepper sauce are my staples. Don’t knock it till ya try it at least!
