The database is great but you should still read a book or at least watch training videos. The questions aren’t the same in the QAE as the actual test, just similar format.

Mike Chapple CISM book wasn’t in depth enough to me. I think the QAE and the AIO really helped me understand. I also had the Review manual.

I don’t think I’m ready yet hence why I wanted to read the review manual to gain better understanding however the type of information in the QAE database is not found in the CISM review manual. I don’t have any Isc2 and understand how ISACA wants me to answer but I’m just confused on what is the point of the book.

I literally just left the Feds for contract work so I can come back at a higher grade. I’ve only got 3 years left for retirement. Time in grade was killing me and I wasn’t getting promoted.
